Students must be enrolled in Boaz City Schools.
 

A registration fee of $25.00 per family is required along with a completed registration form.
 

The first weekly fee is due on the FIRST day of attendance.
 

Updated medical information needs to be on file.
 

You should not have any outstanding balance due to Extended Day or any other Community Education Program.
