Eligibility
Students currently in Kindergarten through age 13 are eligible for the Program.

Financing
The Extended Day Program must be self-sufficient.

Income Tax Information
It is the parent's responsibility to retain receipts for IRS purposes.  Please ask for all receipts.  The Boaz City Board of Education Tax Identification Number is 200962808.

Schedule Calendar
The Extended Day Program will follow the schedule of the regular school.  If schools are closed due to holidays or inclement weather, the Extended Day Program will not offer services and no fees will be charged for these days.  If schools are closed during the day, Extended Day will not meet.  Pleases, make plans to have your children picked up when school dismisses.
