Definition of Fees

Fees include all weekly activities, breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.  There are no carry-overs or refunds of fees.  Fees are to be paid on time.  Failure to make timely payments will result in an automatic dismissal from Camp Boaz.

There will be an additional charge for large field trips.  The lead teachers will let you know in advance.

 ***Children cannot be picked up while they are off the school campus.***

Fees

•  One (1)  $25.00 Non-Refundable Registration fee per family.

Camp Boaz offers a Child Nutrition Program where breakfast, lunch and a snack are daily provided free of charge for all children ages 18 and under.  A child does not have to be enrolled in Camp Boaz to Participate.
 

Note:  Fees are due in advance either on Friday or Monday morning.  Envelopes are available on the check-out table for you to complete and place your child’s fee money.  Deposit the envelope in the fee box.  Fees may or will be receipted later, and you can ask the Director or the Assistant to the Director for the receipt.

 A $29.00 charge for any returned check will be applied to your account.  Checks will not be run through the banking system twice.  If a check is returned insufficient funds, you will be asked to pick up the check and make the payment in cash. All future payments will have to be rendered in cash.
