Yadira Huerta is a EL Paraprofessional at Boaz High School. She graduated from Appalachian High School in 2016, and is currently pursuing her degree at Gadsden State Community College in Child Development. She hopes to become a teacher here at Boaz High School in the near future.

 Mrs. Huerta is originally from Oneonta, Alabama where she lives with her husband Gilberto, & their two pets Jolene & Sassy. In her free time Mrs. Huerta enjoys cooking & traveling to Mexico to visit family and friends! This is Mrs. Huertas first year at Boaz High School, although she still bleeds blue and white & stays true to her alma matar she is super excited for this transition of becoming part of the Black Army, Go Pirates!
