Mrs. Alicia Smith began teaching at Boaz Elementary School in 2013.  She graduated from Sardis High School in 2006 and received Bachelor's Degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2009.  Alicia then received her Master's Degree in K-6 Collaborative Education from the University of Alabama in 2015.  She became a National Board Certified Teacher in Literacy: Reading-Language Arts in 2019. Mrs. Smith lives in Boaz with her husband, Brian, and son, Connor.
