Mrs. Anna Leigh Watts graduated from Boaz High School in 2006. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Athens State University and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from University of West Alabama. She is currently pursuing an Ed.S in Teacher Leader from University of West Alabama. Mrs. Watts began teaching third grade at Corley Elementary in 2013 and moved to first grade at Boaz Elementary in 2016. She resides in Sardis City with her husband, Jordon and their daughter, Gentry. In her spare time, Mrs. Watts likes to read, hunt and fish with her husband, going camping, spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and going to church. She and her husband are members of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Boaz. Mrs. Watts loves to teach and truly enjoys her students! She feels all students can learn...just maybe not in the same way or on the same day!
