Brittany McCullars began her teaching career in English Language Arts at Boaz Middle School in 2009.  She moved to the high school in 2013 where she primarily taught 12th grade British Literature; however, Mrs. McCullars has taught all grades 6th-12th at some point.  She is currently  serving as the College Prep 10th grade, Advanced Placement 11th grade, and Advanced Placement 12th grade teacher at the high school.  She is also the English Department Chairperson and serves on the Leadership Team. 

 

Mrs. McCullars is married to Jason McCullars, Associate Pastor of Beulah Baptist Church in Boaz, and they have two daughters: Darcy Jai and Brie Ellison.  

 

Though she isn't originally from Boaz, Mrs. McCullars has been a Boaz Pirate for a long time and considers it home!
