Welcome to the World History class page! Mrs. Rhoden would like to take a moment to tell you a little about herself. The old saying "once a pirate, always a pirate" rings true for her! She grew up in the community of Boaz and graduated from Boaz High School in 2000. She attended Snead State Community College and then transferred to the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received her B.S. degree in social science and M.A. degree in education. Though her path seemed to take her away from Boaz, she was so excited when the opportunity came up for her to return home to teach at Boaz High School in 2006. Boaz has always been home to her and she is so blessed to have the opportunity to teach in the system that essentially built her. Her husband are both Boaz alumni and are proudly raising their three children in this system.
