Mr. Jones is beginning his eleventh year in Boaz City Schools and his first year as Principal at Corley Elementary School. His years of service in Boaz began at Boaz Intermediate School, where he taught fifth grade math and science before transferring across the street to teach sixth grade math at Boaz Middle School. He also coached football and basketball and was the District Math Specialist for BCS. 

Mr. Jones is a graduate of Athens State University and the University of West Alabama. His wife, Angel, is a proud Boaz graduate and former Lady Pirate. They live in Boaz and have three children, Evan, Ella and Emma. Mr. Jones enjoys being outdoors, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
