Step 1: Activate Your Account

Check your inbox for an email from ParentSquare and click the link in the email to activate your account.
Log in to ParentSquare using the "Sign in with Google" button.

Edit Your Account
- Add Profile Picture
- Verify Contact Information
- Edit Bio
Manage Your Account Settings
- Customize Your Notification Settings
- Set Your Office Hours
Add Your Parent Account for Staff with Children in the District
Switch Between Parent and Staff ParentSquare Accounts

Be careful NOT to press send if practicing posts and alerts. The site is live, and the posts and alerts will go out to parents and staff.

We are not using payments at this time; you do not need to learn that information.

Groups

You will not be able to create groups until student class schedules have been loaded and published into ParentSquare.

Once classes are loaded, classroom, grade-level, and building groups will be created automatically and do not need to be requested. At that point, you will have access to create additional groups that include students within your school building. If you need a group set up before schedules have been published, please email lray@boazk12.org.
