StudentSquare

Boaz City Schools is using StudentSquare for students in grades 6–12 to make it easier to stay informed and connected. StudentSquare gives students one place to receive important messages, announcements, reminders, and updates from their school, teachers, coaches, and staff.

What is StudentSquare?

StudentSquare is the student communication companion to ParentSquare. It helps students stay connected to school communication in one easy place.

With StudentSquare, students can receive school and district announcements, messages from teachers and staff, reminders about upcoming events, and information about athletics, clubs, and extracurricular activities. Students can also communicate with staff, RSVP to events, complete forms and sign-ups, participate in groups, and access shared resources.

StudentSquare can be accessed online or through the StudentSquare mobile app for iOS and Android. Students receive communication through their school account and can choose additional notification options available within StudentSquare.

It’s designed to help students stay informed, organized, and connected throughout the school year.

Getting Started for Students

Activate Your Account

There are two different ways to activate a StudentSquare Account:

Join with an email invitation: Check your school email address for an email invitation to activate your account. 

Join with a URL: Visit mystudentsquare.com/signin  and click the "Sign in with Google" button or enter your school email and password to activate with your school email address.

Log In to StudentSquare

There are two different ways to log in to you StudentSquare Account:

Log In to StudentSquare on the Web:

  1. Go to StudentSquare
  2. Click the "Sign in with Google" button on your school device or enter your school email and password

Log In to StudentSquare on the Free Mobile App:

  1. Download the free mobile app to use outside of school hours
  2. Open the StudentSquare account
  3. Enter the school email you used to activate your account
  4. Enter your school password or click the "Sign in with Google" button if you are logged in to your school account on your phone
