New Captain at the Helm of the Pirate Ship

Boaz City Schools is proud to announce the selection of Mr. Jeremy Sullivan as their new head varsity football coach.

Jeremy received his degree from Jacksonville State University where he was named All-Ohio Valley Conference, All-American and was the JSU Male Athlete of the Year in 2001. He was an assistant coach at Jacksonville State from 2004-2007 and has coached at the high school level for the past seven years, both as a head coach and coordinator. He is coming to Boaz from Pelham High School where he has spent the past two seasons as offensive coordinator and Assistant Head Coach.

Coach Sullivan comes to Boaz with an extensive coaching background that includes an undefeated state championship title at Jackson High School. He has coached on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. Sullivan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Boaz High School football program.

Coach Sullivan will be on the job full time on April 11, 2017.
